If you purchased an item from our Web Store, then you are entitled to our 30 days 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us and receive a full refund of your purchase price unless otherwise stated.
Please read the following to ensure that your return is properly handled:
To receive a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling charges), you MUST follow the instructions outlined below:
You must purchase the product from our web store or directly from us. As crazy as this sounds, we will NOT refund NLG products you purchased from other unauthorized companies posing as us. Any such activities should be reported by you immediately to customersupport@nawablearninggroup.com Before returning your product, you MUST receive a return authorization number (RAN). This is an absolute MUST! The product(s) you return MUST include all of the parts of the ordered product and original packaging if applicable. But you are entitled to keep all forms and bonus materials.
To receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN):
Please send us an email at returns@nawablearninggroup.com requesting your return authorization number. As soon as your request has been processed, we will email you detailed instructions and the shipping address of where to send your return. NOTE: The more information you can provide us (Order Number, Product, Date of purchase etc.) about your order, the quicker we can process your request. Please return your entire product in like new condition with original packaging if applicable. Upon receiving your returned package, we will process a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. We will refund the amount back to the type of payment you used for your purchase (i.e. if you paid by credit card, your refund will be issued back to only the same credit card used for purchase).
NOTE: Any delays in following the above instructions will only impact your refund request. How to return an item after taking our "12 month $100,000.00 Guarantee": If you took our 12 month $100,000.00 challenge and you were unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling) plus an additional $100.00. Provided you can prove with proper paperwork that you were unsuccessful in earning $100,000.00 using our system. To ensure a prompt refund plus our guarantee, you MUST follow the same instructions as a regular return (outlined above). Except notify us when receiving your RAN at returns@nawablearninggroup.com that you were unsuccessful after taking our challenge. Once your request has been processed, we will refund the proper amount in the same manner as a regular return. And the additional $100.00 will be mailed with your name ONLY in a check form. NOTE: Please follow the above instructions for a prompt and orderly refund request. A lack of total compliance from you to the above instructions will result in a delay in processing your refund. We value our customers and we will work with integrity and due diligence to meet your expectations.
