If you're an average salesperson, then I'm pretty sure
you have a lot of free time in your hands at work. Why do I say that?
Well let me ask you a question. Out of your full
work day, how many hours do you really put into work? To
me working is doing something productive that will help me sell more
units and earn more money. So there is a pretty good chance that you
have enough time at work to learn and master some of the techniques I

Just pick a topic. It could be product knowledge,
presentations, closing, using the telephone, and practice every day
until you've mastered that technique. But sitting around, goofing off
with other salespeople, ordering lunch, drinking coffee and all the
other non-productive habits you've picked up are killing your
paychecks.
Not Good At
Sales?
While it's true some of us learn faster than others,
doesn't necessarily mean they were born as salespeople. I am a firm
believer that none of us were born as salespeople. But along the way,
we learn and mastered skills that made us into what we are today. In
reality, it's not that difficult to learn sales. The more you practice
the better you'll get.
Choices
I am also a firm believer that we have the power to

Remember when you first started selling car? Whether

Then on the flip side of the coin, there are salespeople
that feel that they are extremely good at what they do. Since they are
average or above average, they feel as if they have an edge over
everybody. They feel so over confident that they truly believe that
they have no room to grow. What a shame to see these sales people just
linger around that $90k-$100k mark. When it reality, if they looked and
analyzed hard enough, they would see that there is plenty
of room to grow and increase their income.
Some of these people might be very good at presentations
and demonstrations. Or they might be very good at closing. But because
they are extremely confident in their results, they pay no mind to
mastering everything else about the sales process. What a shame!
But for the rest of you that are truly hungry for
success and ready to grow as a salesperson and your income, I can only
say start making the right choices and stop wasting time.

Sales Mean?
In order for you to get what you want you have to help
the customer get what they want. Along the way you will have to handle
and solve problems. A problem is an objection. The path to success is
to see objections as another opportunity. In that way, you can learn to
overcome objections.
What Creates A
Sales?
1.
Yourself--you have to sell yourself.
2. The
dealership--tell them why they should buy from here.
3. The
product--this is what they are here for. Build value.
4. The
price--if you build enough value in the product then you
will have an easier time justifying the price.
5. Time--why
they should buy now. Create Urgency. BUY NOW!
